José Maria Almazán is co-founder of Route2Grow, with 25 years of experience in sales and 15 years in executive roles, including participation in management committees and boards of directors.

He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering, complemented by a General Management Program (PDG) from IESE–University of Navarra in 2018 and an Executive Digital Management Program (DIBEX) from ISDI in 2024.

He is deeply focused on company purpose and is a driving force behind sustainable growth and continuous business transformation to deliver a unique customer experience.

With broad business vision, he has designed and executed business development strategies for over 100 manufacturers across diverse product technologies (hardware, software, and services) in sectors such as defense, pharmaceuticals, and energy.

He has led the internationalization of companies in the U.S. and Latin America, successfully opening offices and driving strong business growth for more than seven years.
