Marcelo Paredes Breilh is a strategist and project leader with over 20 years of cross-sector experience in the energy, technology, healthcare, and public sectors. His career is distinguished by his leadership of highly complex, nationwide programs, as well as his ability to integrate cutting-edge methodologies into the resolution of critical problems.
In the public sector, he has served as an Advisor and Undersecretary and has been involved in projects where he led national and regional initiatives such as Ecuador’s National Vaccination Plan, coordinating collaboration between the public sector, academic institutions, and the private sector.
His experience in the energy sector includes executive roles where he led business transformation projects, coordinating initiatives such as decarbonization, sustainability, and digital transformation, as well as managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
Previously, he held executive positions at companies specializing in strategic consulting, project management, change management, process improvement, and automation using artificial intelligence for key international clients.

He holds a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering degree with honors from the University of San Francisco de Quito, an MBA from Francisco de Vitoria University, and specializations in Project Management from Stetson University and Finance from the University of San Francisco.

He is a renowned international speaker, having participated in platforms such as TEDx and conferences of the Project Management Institute (PMI). Currently, he shares his expertise as a university professor in the areas of Project Management, Integrity Systems, and Public-Private Partnerships.
